You acknowledge and understand these materials about or of you may be used for both commercial and/or non-commercial purposes. You understand that you will not be compensated for the use of the material of or about you.

You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published and/or distributed. You also understand this material may be used individually or in conjunction with other media in any medium, including without limitation to print publications, digital publications, and/or public broadcast for any lawful purpose. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor are there any geographic limitations on where these materials may be distributed. You understand that you will not have final approval over the use of such material of or about you in connection with the We Buy Gold Official Music Video and promotional campaign.

You hereby acknowledge and grant Big Sky and its employees, agents, licensees, successors, and third-party organizations permission to use, copyright, publish, sell, distribute, and/or promote the recorded videos, photos, interviews, and/or audio of you, your name, your voice, and likeness. You further acknowledge that all such video, photography, interviews, audio, and/or any reproductions thereof, and all digital files are and will remain the property of the Big Sky Music Group, LLC.

You understand that Big Sky can see no risk presently, and that you take full responsibility for your involvement in this video and promotional campaign and the risks that it may entail (be they legal, physical, or mental) and hereby release and forever discharge Big Sky, its employees, agents, licensees, successors, and third-party organizations from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, suits, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever in connection with the foregoing.

You hereby certify that you are over eighteen (18) years of age and are competent to contract in your name insofar as the above is concerned. By continuing, you acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above consent and release and agree to be bound thereby. This document is binding on you and your heirs, assigns and personal representatives.
