1. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Sponsor and its representatives, suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies; their respective divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies; and the immediate families and same household members of each of them are not eligible to enter or to win the sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: One entry per signup via the For King and Country Merch Giveaway Sweepstakes promotion between the sweepstakes dates as indicated above. No purchase necessary to enter. To enter via mail, send in a 3x5 postcard complete with name, address, phone number, and email to: 48 Music Square East, Nashville, TN 37203 Entry must be postmarked by December 12, 2018.

3. DRAWING: At the end of the promotion period, a random drawing will be conducted in compliance with these Official Rules by a Sponsor representative. The drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries submitted. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All information pertaining to the number of entries will be kept confidential and shall only be viewed by Sponsor. Prize winner will be notified by email, U.S. mail, telephone, or private delivery service (at Sponsor's sole discretion), within 5 days of the drawing, at the addresses or telephone number indicated on their entry form.

Winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) and W-9 form, to be returned within (14) days of the date printed on winner's notification letter, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received.
