Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the 48 Continental States and the District of Columbia (excluding its territories and possessions). 1. Eligibility: Participation open only to legal residents of the 48 Continental States and the District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void outside of the 48 Continental States and the District of Columbia (excluding its territories and possessions), and where prohibited, including but not limited to where taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers & directors of Word Entertainment LLC ("Sponsor"), and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited.

2. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes will begin on 12:00am CST 5/10/2018 and will end on 11:59pm CST 8/31/2018 ("Sweepstakes Period"). To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://presave.tweematic.com/joy and follow the instructions to enter (the "Entry"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant is confirming that they have read and agree to comply with these official rules any other Sweepstakes requirements. Only ONE entry per user. All times are Central Standard Time or "CST." Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for Sweepstakes.

3. Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall receive: One winner will receive a trip to listening party in Nashville. Selection of airline, hotel and festival seat locations are solely within Sponsor's discretion. Winner and guest(s) must abide by all venue policies. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner's responsibility. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring Sponsor into disrepute. Winner will be required to provide a credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in prize package. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guests must travel on same itinerary. Winner and travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. or Canada driver's license, and a valid government issued passport) required for travel. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the winner and/or his/her guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Resale of tickets is prohibited.

If the guest is under the age of majority in the state in which he or she resides as of May 10, 2018, then such individual must obtain written permission from his or her parent or legal guardian before accepting the prize. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or transferred. Prizes do not include any additional expenses, including, but not limited to federal, state and local sales or other taxes and surcharges which are the responsibility of each winner.

Approximate combined retail value of all prizes is One Thousand Dollars ($1000) which may vary depending on travel itinerary and costs of air transportation at time of award. The approximate retail value of the prizes represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prizes turns out to be less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash.

The winner and his/her guest (and their parent or legal guardian if the guest is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) calendar days of prize notification. If the winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

4. Random Drawing/Odds: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about September 3, 2017. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email and if a winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days of first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right not to award any or all prizes in the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

5. Conditions: All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and Word Entertainment LLC to use his/her and his/her guest's name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants, winners and guests agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded including, but not limited to due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.

Limitations of Liability: By acceptance of any prize, the winner agrees to indemnify, release and hold forever harmless the Sponsor, their agents and representatives and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or in connection with receipt and/or use of any prize or any travel in connection therewith.

Additionally, Released Parties disclaim any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access any web site or download materials, damage to a user's computer system (hardware & software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes, or late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or mechanically reproduced entries. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor will select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site. 9. Issues of Law: All federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. THE TENNESSEE COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE SHALL EXCLUSIVELY GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES.
